The Punjab Board Committee of Chairpersons, in its meeting held on August 2023 vide agenda item No.1, unanimously approved the following dates for the declaration of results of the 12^th & 11^th class for the intermediate (1^st Annual) Examination, 2023, along with a schedule of commencement of Intermediate (2^nd Annual) Examination, 2023 and Intermediate (1^st Annual) Examination, 2024.

Board of Higher Secondary Education Karachi has declared the results of Intermediate Supplementary Examinations 2022 for Science General, Commerce Regular, Commerce Private, Arts Regular and Arts Private groups. Inter-Board Engineer Anwar Aleem Khan zada, the moderator of examinations, while explaining the details of the results, said that 769 candidates obtained registration in the science general supplementary examinations, while 731 candidates participated in the examinations, out of which 257 candidates were declared successful in the examinations. The moderator of examinations further said that in these examinations one candidate succeeded in A grade, 3 A grade, 21 B grade, 120 C grade, 99 D grade and 14 candidates succeeded in E grade. According to the Controller of Examinations Engineer Aleem Khan zada , 3279 candidates got registered in the Arts Regular Group Examinations while 3147 candidates appeared for the examinations out of which 1515 candidates passed. In these exams, 3 candidates got A grade, 11 got A grade, 44 got B grade, 165 got H grade, 931 got D grade and 361 got success in the same grade. 718 candidates were registered in the exams of Arns Private while 1672 candidates participated in the exams out of which 399 candidates were declared successful. In these examinations, 22 candidates succeeded in A grade, 48 in B grade, 106 in C grade, 181 in D grade, 30 in the same grade while 12 candidates passed. 7960 candidates got registered in commerce regular supplementary exams, 7614 candidates participated in the exams, out of which 3601 candidates were declared successful. In these examinations, 7 candidates succeeded in A grade, 61 in T grade, 495 in grade 2489 in D grade and 549 candidates in E grade. 405 candidates got registered in commerce private exams, 380 candidates appeared in the exams in which 198 candidates were declared successful. In these exams, one candidate succeeded in A grade, 8 B grade, 40 C grade, 122 D grade and 27 E grade.
