ضروری ہدایات برائے امیدواران و سپر وائزری سٹاف
(1) انگریزی لازمی کے پرچوں کا امتحان دو مختلف اوقات / گروپس میں ہو گا یعنی پہلا گروپ 8:30 بجے صبح جبکہ سیکنڈ گروپ 1:30 بجے دوپہر ہو گا۔ جمعہ المبارک کے دن سیکنڈ گروپ کا پرچہ 2:30 بجے شروع ہو گا۔ (2) جملہ امید واران آغاز میں نگران عملہ امید وار ان کو امتحانی پرچہ کے مقررہ وقت سے آگاہ کرے گا۔ (3) امیدواران کو رولنمبرس پس پر پرنٹ شدہ ڈیٹ شیٹ کے مطابق امتحان دینا ہو گا۔ (4) امید وار نے جس وقت اور سنٹر میں امتحان دینا ہے وہ وقت / گروپ اور سنٹر اس کی رولنمبر سلپ پر لکھا ہو گا۔ امیدواران کو کسی اور وقت / گروپ یا سنٹر میں امتحان دینے کی قطعا اجازت نہ ہو گی۔ (5) دوران امتحان کسی بھی مقامی چھٹی کا اعلان ڈیٹ شیٹ پر ہر گز اثر انداز نہ ہو گا اور امتحان ڈیٹ شیٹ میں درج شدہ تاریخوں کے مطابق ہی ہو گا (6) امیدوار پر لازم ہے کہ وہ اپنی رولنمبر سلپ روزانہ کمرہ امتحان میں اپنے ہمراہ لائے بصورت دیگر اسے امتحان میں شرکت کی اجازت نہ دی جائے گی۔ (7) امیدوار نہ صرف اس امر کی تسلی کرلے کہ اس کی رولنمبر سلپ پر درج تھیوری اپریکٹیکل کے مضامین کی تواریخ، اوقات اور گروپ درست ہیں بلکہ ان سب کا موازنہ سنٹر میں موجود تفصیلی ڈیٹ شیٹ سے بھی اچھی طرح کرلے تاکہ کسی غلطی کی صورت میں امید وار کو کسی پریشانی نقصان کا سامنانہ کر نا پڑے۔ (8) اگر کوئی امید وار کسی بھی وجہ سے کمرہ امتحان احتجاجا چھوڑے گا تو کسی بھی صورت میں اس پر چہ / مضمون میں اس کا دوبارہ امتحان نہیں لیا جائے گا۔ (9) سنٹر کی حدود ( 100 گنز) میں موبائل فون کے استعمال کی اجازت نہ ہے۔ (10) معروضی اور انشائیہ پر چپر پر مقررہ وقت کا اندراج کر دیا گیا ہے جس کے مطابق پر چہ کا اختتام ہو گا۔ (11) امتحانی عملہ سے بد کلامی اور کسی دوسرے امیدوار کی جگہ امتحان دینا / دلوان( تلبیس شخصی/Impersonation) نہایت سنگین جرائم ہیں، ان سے اجتناب کریں۔

Important instructions for candidates and supervisory staff
(1) English Compulsory papers will be examined in two different timings/groups i.e. first group at 8:30 am and second group at 1:30 pm. On Friday, the second group paper will start at 2:30 PM. (2) At the beginning of all the aspirants the invigilating staff will inform the aspirants about the scheduled time of the examination paper. (3) Candidates will have to appear in the examination as per the date sheet printed on the roll number. (4) The time/group and center at which the candidate has to take the examination shall be written on his roll number slip. Candidates will not be allowed to take the exam at any other time / group or center. (5) During the examination any local holiday declaration shall not affect the date sheet and the examination shall be held as per the dates mentioned in the date sheet (6) Candidates are required to bring their roll number slip daily in the examination hall. bring with him otherwise he will not be allowed to appear in the examination. (7) The candidate should not only satisfy himself that the dates, times and groups of theory practical subjects recorded on his roll number slip are correct but should also compare them carefully with the detailed date sheet available at the center so as to avoid any mistake. In this case the aspirant does not have to face any problem or loss. (8) If a candidate leaves the examination hall protesting for any reason, he/she will not be re-examined in any question/article under any circumstances. (9) The use of mobile phones is not allowed within the center limits (100 guns). (10) The fixed time is entered on the chipper on the objective and inshaiya according to which the chapter will end. (11) Abusing the examination staff and taking the exam in place of another candidate / Impersonation are very serious crimes, avoid them.

Important Instructions for Applicants
1. In any case, the aspirant should fill the application form himself and enter his complete details in the relevant column. If the information is incorrect or incomplete, the processing will not be done and the deposit and fee will not be refunded in any case.
Attested copy of the issued result card should be attached with the application.
The process will be possible only if the original challan/receipt of the application fee is received within fifteen (15) days after the publication of the result.
4 The application received after the prescribed period will not be processed.
Check fee only by submitting the original challan/receipt to Habib Bank (located within Azad Kashmir) or by money order (to Secretary Education Board, Mirpur).
Access will be possible only if the form is attached to it.
The following points will be considered during the review.
(a) Detection of error in balance.
(b) No question or any part thereof has been marked.
(c) An error has been detected during the transfer from the inside of the numbering and award reply copy to the cover.
(1) No further consideration shall be given to the numbered answer copy or question as per the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of Pakistan. Also no re-marking of any question/component

If there is any objection in the reply copy while identifying, the reply will be given after completion of the procedure under the rules.
Counter-copy identification of copies can only be done by the respective hopefuls under the Code. Also the reply copy will be displayed only to the extent of identification.

For the information of all concerned, it is announced that the results of the Intermediate Part I Annual Examination 2022 organized by the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Intermediate and Secondary Education Board Mirpur will be announced/published at 11:00 on Thursday, November 17. It will be on 2022. The result card of regular candidates will be sent by registered post while the result card of private candidates will be sent by ordinary post to their given address. If a private candidate does not get the result card, he/she can get the result card without fee by submitting an application in the name of RAQM (Controller Examination Board) within 45 days after the publication of the result. For obtaining the result card after the due date, the normal fee is Rs.1000 while the urgent fee is Rs.1200. Submit the fee online in HBL Board account number 00427991668003 and send the original challan receipt along with the board copy details and if a candidate does not have a bank then deposit the amount through post office with the original money order receipt along with the details = Rs.20 Certified affidavit by Magistrate First Class Oath Commissioner along with the application form should be sent to the Board in time. Otherwise a fine has to be paid. Note: The result gazette will be available in PDF format on the website of the board (www.ajkbise.edu.pk) from where the result can be viewed / printed. Explanatory note

- 1 It is informed that this year in the annual examination 2022, the students who have passed / scored less than 33 marks in the first year and are absent and only registered students in any affiliated institution within the limits of Faisalabad Board. Candidates who are unsatisfied with their marks can re-admit in the first year by re-admitting their own group recombination or change under their already allotted registration number. -Admission) they will submit the affidavit and application regarding the cancellation of their result (sample affidavit is available on the website of the board) to their respective institution and the institution will pass the candidate's affidavit and application, re-admission. INTERMEDIATE PART-I (FIRST ANNUAL) EXAMINATION, 2022


1. The Intermediate Part-I (First Annual) Examination, 2022 commenced on 06th July, 2022 and culminated on 28th July, 2022. The result is being announced

on 17th November, 2022.

2. The Result Gazette is issued as a notice only, errors and omissions excepted. Any entry appearing in this notification does not itself confer any right or privilege

to a candidate for the grant of certificate.

3. The candidates, who have obtained 33% marks or above in the respective Subjects/Papers have been awarded the total number of marks obtained by them

against their Roll Numbers/Names in the Result Gazette.

4. The candidates against whose Roll Numbers and Names, abbreviations of certain subject/s have been mentioned, have secured less than 33% marks. They may

appear in the subjects along with Part-II (First Annual) Examination, 2023 otherwise their final result (Pass/Fail) in subject/s will be determined on the basis of

total marks obtained by them in Part-I & II except paper of Islamic Education, which is held only in Part-I examination.

MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY GROUP:

i) In case of securing less than 33% marks in the papers of Urdu and English (compulsory) candidate may reappear in these subjects along with

Part-II Examination, otherwise result in these subjects shall be determined on the basis of total marks obtained by a candidate in a subject in Examination

of Part-I &II.

ii) In the remaining subject(s)/Papers of Part-I, it would be compulsory to reappear and pass the subject(s)/papers of Part-I along with Part-II examination in

which a candidate secures less than 33% marks as these are independent subjects(s) papers in each part.


5. With the declaration of the result, the Result Cards bearing paper wise marks and other essential information would be issued to the Private Candidates on the

addresses given by them in their admission forms whereas the regular candidates will get their Result Card from their respective institutions.

6. All enquiries regarding the result of the candidates may be addressed to the Deputy / Assistant Controller Examinations (Inter) (Phone No. 99200192-97,

99200118 Ext.205/ 206).

7. The candidates intending to apply for re-checking of their paper/s may apply online through BISE website (www.waqasabid.com.com) within 15 days of the
