Date Sheet for Secondary School Certificate Class IX, 10th First Annual Examination 2023

Essential instructions (1) The papers of Tarjmat Al-Qur'an Al-Majeed, Islamiat (Compulsory), Pakistan Studies, Urdu (Compulsory), English (Compulsory), Mathematics (Science), Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Computer Science should be examined at two different times. (i.e. the first time will be at 8:30 AM and the second time at 1:30 PM) on Friday, the second time paper will start at 02:30 PM. (2) All the aspirants shall ensure their presence at the center half an hour before the commencement of each paper at 8:00 am, 2:00 pm and Friday at 2:00 pm otherwise they will be present at the center. They will not be allowed to sit in the centre. (3) At the beginning of each paper, the staff will hopefully inform them of the scheduled time of the examination paper. (4) Candidates will have to appear in the examination as per the date sheet printed on the roll number slips. (5) The time/group and examination center in which the candidate has to take the examination shall be written on his/her roll number slip. The candidate will not be allowed to take the exam at any other time/group or centre. (6) Non-Muslim candidates who are joining the subject of religious education instead of Islamiat (compulsory) and ethics instead of translation of Al-Qur'an Al-Jeed, will take the subject exam as per the date sheet on the scheduled date and time. (7) Any local / public holiday declared during the examination shall not affect the date sheet in any way and the examination shall be held as per the dates mentioned in the date sheet. (8) Candidates are required to carry their roll number slip daily in the examination room otherwise they will not be allowed to appear in the examination. (9) The candidate should not only satisfy himself that the dates, times and groups of the subjects of the theory and the syllabus written on his roll number slip are correct, but they are also well matched with the detailed date sheet available in the centre. So that in case of any mistake the aspirant does not have to face any problem / loss. (10) If a candidate leaves the examination hall protesting for any reason, he/she will not be re-examined in any question/subject in any case. (11) Mobile phones are prohibited within the examination center and its limits (100 times). (12) The fixed time has been entered on the objective and initial paper. According to which the paper will be concluded. (13) To take the exam in place of another candidate
