In pursuant to decision of the PBCC dated 03.02.2022 and also on the recommendations of Board's Finance Committee dated 15.12.2022, the Chairman has approved the following enhancement in rates of fee for different categories of Service Charges with immediate effect.

All concerned are informed that the examination of Intermediate Part I / Part II / Composite and Uloom Allah Sharqiya First Annual 2023 will start from Saturday 20-05-2023. The schedule for receipt of admission fee waiver form is as follows.

Fees will be applicable. The hard copy of the admission form submitted on Friday must be sent to the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Faisalabad by post or by hand. The date on which the hard copy to the office

The fee schedule will be applied on the date of receipt. Not deposited in Pord account is non-refundable. Institutions should send all the revenue receipts along with the original challan form in the file of Fanes branch. Also on bank challan drawn from computerized online system of admission fee

Submit and affix the challan as per the bank challan numbers listed on the revenue list. Private candidates will also submit a fee of Rs. It will be necessary for the IVET candidate to register the Abta Residence section of the admission form. There should never be Academy Pak Rabi etc. on any school shop in residential area. Candidates failing Part-Second or Composite in Intermediate Annual/Hosni 2013 2022, at the time of re-examination, on payment of certificate fee/Rs.700 mailed private candidates in case of taking technical subject in Arts Group, Science Group. Will submit the fee. Will resign.

Candidates with marks above two will also deposit the certificate fee Rs.700/- along with the remaining fees. After batch creation by 10 institutions, batches will not be opened again in any case. So batch should be made only after checking. 11. Private candidates may not have first-time examination with tactical subjects. 9

12 Candidates whose Matriculation or Part First is related to other Boards and who want to appear for private examination should also contact Board Bandati Computer Branch along with their original NOC and original result card. Last date for submission of admission form with no late fee is 25th January

(Press Release) Punjab Board Committee of Chairman has extended the date of receipt of admission forms for Matric First Annual Examination 2023 as per Notification No. SY/PBCC/LHR/483. According to the notification, the last date for submission of admission form with no late fee has been fixed as 25th January. While the last date for submission of admission form with double fee and 06 February and with triple fee has been fixed as 14 February 2023.

It is hereby notified for information of all concerned that the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairpersons (PBCC) in its meeting held on 16th November, 2022 discussed the writ petition No. 52363/2022 submitted by MS Nafar Fatima versus Govt. of the Punjab, vide agenda item No. 02, regarding marks improvement policy. As per decision of the Committee, it is hereby notified that

The impugned notification No. 96-SY/PBCC/LHR, dated 31-03-2022, issued by PBCC regarding restriction on the chances for improvement is hereby rescinded.

ii. Students will be allowed to avail of as many chances for improvement of scores as they may like.

This order will take effect from First Annual Examinations, (SSC&HSSC) 2019 onwards.

The Chairman in anticipation of approval of the Board approved the above decision of PBCC and allowed for adoption and implementation accordingly.

Portal on or before the last date specified above to avoid payment of extra fee or rejection of Admission Form(s).

All the Heads of institutions are requested to submit online Admission Form separately in respect of the

candidates who appeared/passed SSC Part-I Examination from the Board other than FBISE. Their SSC-I Result Card duly

verified from respective Board, must be uploaded. The draft/incomplete admission form will not be accepted for examination.

at the time of submitting his/her Admission Form in black and white otherwise he/she will not be entertained. Such candidates will also submit prescribed Proforma designed for said purpose.

viii. The Candidates who remained on roll of an affiliated institution after 31 October 2022 are not eligible to appear in Exam as private candidate. The candidates who remained on roll not more than 31st October 2022 will

attach School Leaving Certificate and copy of passport/Birth Certificate as a proof of his/her Date of Birth along with online Admission Form available at FBISE website www.fbise.edu.pk.

A private candidate can appear in the subjects involving Practicals (Science/Humanities Group) subject

to the condition that he/she provides certificate of having done the Practicals at an affiliated institution duly signed by

the Principal.

A candidate, appearing in any failure Paper(s) will pay full fee of respective Part. In case of IBCC (foreign qualification A/O level etc) cases, the candidates will also submit hard copy of

Admission Form, after Online submission with Equivalence Certificate issued by the IBCC, Permission Letter issued by 'Research and Academic' Department of FBISE if Geography of Pakistan is opted by the candidate in lieu of Urdu Compulsory Fee Remittance Receipt through which the fee was deposited. The Admission Form is available at FBISE website www.fbise.edu.pk. XI.

xii. The private candidates who have passed Part-I exam from the Board other than FBISE will submit verified copy of result card and NOC/Migration Certificate along with online admission form. The private candidates will

submit hardcopy also to the FBISE.

The candidates who intend to improve their Grade/Marks after appearing/passing SSC Examination can do

so by re-appearing in any number of Subjects/Papers of their choice of Part-I or Part-Il or both the Parts as the case may be within a period of four years with multiple chances before obtaining higher qualifications.

The candidates appearing in both the papers of any subject involving practical examination shall appear in

the practical examination as well. However, the candidate neither requires nor can appear in Practical Exam if he/she is appearing in single paper/part.

Change of Subjects/Group will not be allowed under any circumstances after submission of Admission

The Ex/Private candidates are requested to ensure that the particulars written by him/her in the

Admission Forms are recorded correctly. The incomplete Admission Form will not be accepted.

xviii.

A candidate after passing SSC examination or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto, may appear in any additional subject(s) in current course not offered by him previously. If a candidate intends to appear in the subject(s) involves Practical Proof of performing the relevant practical will be provided to the Board.

The fee of private students, whom admission forms are being forwarded through institution, must be

remitted collectively instead of individually..

Original Bank Draft/EFT receipt must be submitted by post/by bag to the Controller of Examinations within given due dates.

MODE OF SUBMISSION OF ADMISSION FORMS OF REGULAR CANDIDATES APPEARING IN TECHNICAL SUBJECTS/GROUP

Admission Forms (in soft form) placed on FBISE website for SSC-I candidates will be filled in letter and

spirit by the institution within given due dates. Only online admission form(s)/list(s) along with requisite document if required, has to be submitted by the institution within given due dates on FBISE online portal. Correction in the editable field of the available data will be done by institution till final submission of Admission forms/lists. For remittance of fee to the FBISE account, the overseas institution(s)/candidate(s) may exercise one of the following options:-

i. The payment may be made through Credit Card (Master or Visa) from FBISE website ii.

An Institution/Candidate applying in the category of disability should mention his/her accessibility need at the time of submitting his/her Admission Form in black and white otherwise he/she will not be entertained. The institutions should ensure that online Admission Forms of all the candidates along with Bank Challan through which requisite fee was deposited has been uploaded on the FBISE Online Portal on or before the last date specified above to avoid payment of extra fee or rejection of Admission Form(s). The Admission/Examination Fee must be paid only through System Generated Bánk Challan at any HBL or MCB branch within Pakistan or through 'easy paisa'. Fee deposited through Bank Challan other than System Generated will not be accepted.

Fee Notification For SSC 01st Annual Examination 2023 (For Abroad)

All the Heads of institutions are requested to submit online Admission Form separately in respect of the

candidates who appeared/passed SSC Part-I Examination from the Board other than FBISE. Their SSC-I Result Card duly verified from respective Board, must be uploaded. The Draft/Incomplete Admission Forms will not be accepted for examination.

All the candidates of SSC Part-Il are eligible to take facility of reappearing in all/any number of papers of SSC Part-1 along with Part-Il papers for which they will mention desired papers in the respective column of Admission

Form.

No Examination Fee will be charged from Orphan, differently abled Candidates, prisoners and wards of 'Shuhada' (Proof shall be uploaded).

The Admission Form is available at FBISE website www.fbise.edu.pk. The private candidates who have passed Part-I exam from the Board other than FBISE will submit

All the Non Registered Candidates will upload photograph with blue or white background on prescribed place of the Admission Form.

The candidates who intend to improve their Grade/Marks after appearing/passing SSC Examination can do so by re-appearing in any number of Subjects/Papers of their choice of Part-I or Part-Il or both the Parts as the case may be within a period of four years with multiple chances before obtaining higher qualifications.

The candidates appearing in both the papers of any subject involving practical examination shall appear

in the practical examination as well. However, the candidate neither requires nor can appear in Practical Exam if

he/she is appearing in single paper/part. xvi. Change of Subjects/Group will not be allowed under any circumstances after submission of Admission Form to the FBISE's online portal.

XVII. The Ex/Private candidates are requested to ensure that the particulars written by him/her in the Admission Forms are recorded correctly. The incomplete Admission Form will not be accepted.

xviii. A candidate after passing SSC examination or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto, may appear in any additional subject(s) in current course not offered by him previously. If a candidate intends to appear in the subject(s) involves Practical Proof of performing the relevant practical will be provided to the Board.

Admission Forms (in soft form) placed on FBISE website for SSC-I candidates will be filled in letter and spirit by the institution within given due dates. Only online admission form(s)/list(s) along with requisite document if required, has to be submitted by the institution within given due dates on FBISE online portal. Correction in the editable field of the available data will be done by institution till final submission of Admission forms/lists. It is a great moment of pleasure and gratification that the conduct of SSC, 10th Annual-II

Examination 2022 as well as the timely preparation of the result was done successfully without confronting

any unpleasant situation. The herculean task of conducting the examination of almost (80044) candidates

from the districts of Peshawar, Charsadda, Chitral, Khyber and Mohmand was held smoothly. Despite

logistic challenges, tooth and nail efforts were made for the facilitation of students. Steps were taken to

further improve the already undertaken policy to rationalize students in the examination centers.

To maintain its tradition, BISE Peshawar introduced reforms to ensure the standard in conduct of the

examination process. The requisite data for the supervisory staff was taken from Elementary & Secondary

Education as well as Higher Education Department. This year, Board of Intermediate & Secondary

Education, Peshawar ensured that CCTV Cameras are installed and well connected with the control room of

the Board. The District & Political Administration alongside Police Department extended every possible

support in streamlining fair and peaceful Examination. Furthermore, to bring transparency and uniformity in

the marking process, OMR (Optical Marking Recognition) was applied and operated successfully.

We are leaving no stone unturned to ensure the availability of online facility to students for

submission of forms and applications etc. Besides, I am honored and I extend my heartfelt congratulations to

those who have earned the highest score in the examination that is proof of their commitment to their

studies. I hope this achievement will play a substantial role in their career ahead. And for those who could

not achieve a good score, they should not give up; rather they should keep pursuing their dreams with more

dedication and commitment. In Shakespearean words, “Nothing is difficult but our thinking makes it so”.
